Readers have asked for more information about this draft water plan, including the schedule for their street. The Insider suggests reading the whole memo preceding the cost and schedule tables that start on page 6. The memo explains the terms used and how the table works. The general strategy is to tie the water installs to road work already planned in the City's 20-Year Road Plan.
