The Lake Mtka. Communications Commission (17 city group that does public cable TV programming locally) has launched a telephone market survey effort. The survey is to determine if there is a market for a new fiber-optic service (FTTH) to all homes, businesses, schools, governments, etc. in the area. Shorewood residents are receiving calls randomly and are encouraged to spend about 10 minutes answering the questions. Look for results by the end of March. Want to learn more?
