After watching the most recent council meeting, the attorney rarely appears on camera. This attorney was hired under a cloud, with less-than flattering media coverage, and a split vote. His face should appear on camera at least as much as the administrator's (who is seated next to him) so the residents can see what they've hired and how he performs.
So,an attorney fired twice by the same "employer", is now rehired, at an increased fee, with no vetting process, no-bid?
