Does that site have to be used as a marina? Has the DNR and the EPA approved it for powerboat use? Is it healthy? Across the road, the old dump site has been bulldozed over, but it still gives off enough methane gas that ice won't freeze in the winter. Did Shorewood take that into account when it approved the office building put up right next to the old dump? And that whole area drains into the marina site.
